Insiders claimed that TIBS was not profitable in the early years even.

Seeing what the "leader" are doing now, they are all self-serving.
They can only talk and wayang, useless for giving answer and help when needed.
No one is paid to serve the people anymore.
They are all there because of the high pay cos they study hard during 16 years and scored good grades.
The education system did not teach you to serve the people or morals.
Or else why so much sex for grade and teacher and student sex scandal.
Even the gal in question does not think she did anything wrong.
Maybe to her, it is a deal and both party got what they wanted.
