Pungent smell on TIB1007H

  How should I go about complaining poor standard of bus? I have taken SMRT bus TIB1007 normally serving svc 985, there is always a string pungent smell of urine. Aren't bus susposed to be clean daily but for that bus, it is always very smelly.

  Cos there's a public health act that do not allow this kind of thing to happen and offenders can be fine up to $10,000 and jailed up to 2 years

  Bus driver always attitude and speed somemore. There's one whem ever a driver goes in front of his bus he starts horning n shoo them away
