Who says practical as in hating bendy buses is practical??? You don't even understand what people are trying convey yet spreading nonsense in this thread.I am saying bendy buses are not prctical in Singapore roads, not hating them is practical. You guys only know how to twist the words and make yourselves feel good.
And SMRT is considering about DDs, and that's not a fantasy.

Bus crossover from 188(if i m not wrong), never do the full route.

855's fleet
5 OAC 0405
1 OC500LE(SMB28G)
8 Citaro(SMB136C+7 other voith citaros)
Too bad you can't catch a zf SMRT Citaro on 855... But there was once SMB145B(AMDEP 851) cameod on 855 b4
Erm... Isn't 75 more viable for Citaros?
Also, go for 858, there confirm u either get MAN or OC.
Originally posted by SBS8501U:Had been catching up with bendies on Service 851 recently. This time I board them 3 days in a row. All of them are permanent bendies of 851. Sometimes there is really a need to catch the arrival time of the bendies right.
Last Thursday (12 July 2012), I boarded this bendy after letting 2 buses SMB78L and TIB523R run. It was 1800 then.
This is the interior of the bendy I boarded, fitted with OC Passenger Information System, OC Seats of course. There aren't many people then so the trip is more comfortable. If you were to spot the ad of this bus on the window, the answer is pretty obvious which bus this is: TIB1096A!
Finally, when I alighted at Little India MRT Station, I took the photo of this bendy's exterior.
This is TIB1096A. Note that its EDS is changed to a Mobitec one. It also has a Hispano Logo at the front bumper. The rims are shiny and look different from typical ones as well (It is suspected that the rims are changed during the change of EDS). Its President's Challenge 2011 Ad is retained till today!
Bendies of 851 alternates every week, you will expect a different bendy (But still a bendy) on the particular shift every week. Hope you guys like it!

How I wish this happened... Then I can take an 855 bendy after school(queensway sec). Just to ask, have bendies ever cameod on 961?

They cover it with plain white plastic bag then put masking tape there and write ''FAULTY'' or sometimes ''OUT OF CONTROL'' on the tape.
This marks my 100th post!

Bendy Day should be 14th March. The day when TIB838H, the first bendy, is firstly introduced.

Provided if TIB838H is refurbished it will be given additional 2 years of lifespan like other Mk1 bendies else.
