63 and 135 are good candidates for having DDs again. But 63 has height restriction (as per email received from SBST - can be only in Redhill area) and 135 has height restriction at Upper Aljunied, otherwise even 100 would have got a few DDs.

No idea - this is the explanation from SBST. May be the branches have grown longer now - just like Upper Aljunied, Swiss Cottage and Henderson road, DDs cannot ply because of tree branches rather than other height restriction like over head bridge. -
