On Friday, I studied these 3 routes in more detail.
153 high loading is between Serangoon and Toa Payoh/
132 high loading as before stated is between Hougang Ave 2 and AMK, and again from Redhill to Henderson road
165 high loading is from Hougang to AMK only.

I feel if the load is increased by 30-40 pax, no extra bus is required. Just put a DD. You save costs of a BC and running an additional bus. But if the capacity increase is as much as another SD, makes sense to add buses.

Yes of course. It is so difficult to find a seat on svc 27 buses nowadays and most passengers have to stand cramped together.

7, 74, 78, 98, 196 definately needs more.
Some services with DDs removed before can try having DDs back again, like 63, 130, 135, 269.
Also hope to see 140 revive again and make it semi express along CTE, but instead of stopping at Shenton Way, it can go to MBS and Marina Center.
