Post services which you think has bad frequencies.
For me, I think the worst one is 926's max waiting time of 55mins. The criteria for bad frequency is 20mins or above.
Feel free to give your opinions here:)
The frequency for 229 is rather bad for a feeder service.
186 and 97 can have irregular and long waiting times too.

186 and 97 demand for dd not there. Judging frm e timetable of both svcs as both have dd perms..
Both deserve DDs but not too much. 186 packed on AM Peak Hour so 2 DDs should suffice. 97 packed on peak hours, maybe 5 enough oredi liao, scarly all LO3X better...

186 needs the 4 DDs. Please see the load towards Shenton Way at River Place Condo between 8.30 and 9.00am. You cannot enter the DD. And 4 DDs are plied back to back because there is huge load. It is true that apart from these timings, 186 does not have DD deserving load. Hence, they should crossover to another route in the other hours.
97 loading is at MBA, Harborfront, Alexandra Road but only between 5.45pm and 6.45pm. Apart from this, you will see seats in SD to sit. Hence, you are right around 7 DDs on 97 should suffice.
According to me 64 has a very bad frequency. Especially whenever I want to take it on Alexandra road I see the bus is after 26 mins, next bus 31 mins. And this is a regular pattern, since it comes from Sims Place and loops at Queenstown.
I have observed the same with route 123 that loops at Bukit Purmei. The route should instead terminate at Bukit Merah to have better control on frequency and avoid bunching.
Bukit Merah --> Telok Blangah Way --> Bukit Purmei Ave --> Lower Delta Road --> Tiong Bahru and continue to Bukit Merah via Queenstown.

Then it shall be green plate and white plate LOL, and btw, plying Telok Blangah Way means you're introducing a height restriction to it... Currently, load is from Orchard Rd to Bt Purmei although it's ocassional loading only.

no schedule adherence one esp 179A. 3pm first bus, 8pm last bus never appear one
At least the frequency is 03 mins, so it won't irk the commuters much, unlike 64, 123 with 15-20 minutes frequency.

Height restriction doesn't matter for 123. It is full fleet SD, and there is no need for DDs on this route.
At Boon Lay, I have observed 179 coming at regular intervals of 03 mins. 199 frequency is 05 mins.
In fact at Boon Lay Int , there are more pax boarding 199 than 179, but guess most ppl board at Pioneer, is it?

as again.. what time the crowd at Pioneer isn't really anywhere bigger... unless, the NTU shuttle screws up dip dip
If you say, the crowd at Boon Lay isn't too high, it is not high at Pioneer, then what justifies a full fleet of 27 DDs with 03 mins frequency for 179???
82 can be pretty epic in the evenings... many a times I've seen
NextBus: 23 min on iris (and it actually takes that long to arrive)

I disagree with this as it will only complicate the route of 123.also, the green and white plate concept is only suitable for feeder services as its distances are relatively shorter and it only plies a town. Using this concept on trunk seRvices with certain distances will only comfused commuters.
However I do agree that 64 have a terrible frequency as I have encountered frequencies like 35 minutes several times

275 can use to supplement 131.
11 and 64. damn horrid.

I think it anyway confuses a lot of people at Tiong Bahru Plaza who are not regular residents. They see Bukit Merah on the display and think it will take them to Bukit Merah but instead it takes them to Bukit Purmei. It is odd in the first place to have the looping so close to the terminal point.
But you are right the white/green will again be complicated. Rather the bus can terminate at Harborfront Interchange, and can be an alternate substitute at Bukit Purmei for 131. People will also save coz of distance-fare.
Once the buses terminate at Harbourfront, at least the frequency will be better monitored.
