   The rain gives a sense of pleasure in Citaros. But met heavy jam along Serangoon Rd. Jam caused by accident @ Serangoon Central. Saw 2 ambulances too. Many cars and taxis and buses got caught. The accident caused a full road block, no cars are able to pass through.
