  Tampines have but all crumpled. Hougang Central can't seem to have new guides released.

  nope. was referring to the date when 269 become WAB, not the accurated date.

  There you made an error again. Put the WAB logo in for your DF guide of 410. It become WAB on 26 October 2009.
