This company has a management problem of epic proportion. Those who disagree, displeases her or have different views will be shown the door. End result is all capable and good people left the company. Left only all the 'yes men'. The main job of these 'yes men' is to apple polish, all other things in the world is irrelevant. 'Yes men' are also the most incompetent type of employee. All problems are swept under the carpet, say and report things which only the boss loves to hear. As problems accumulate, one day it blow up. The result is what we see today.
Ever wonder why there are still so many breakdowns after the two major ones? It is a no brainer : the company is still run by the same bunch of incompetent 'yes men'. Only difference now is they polish another apple, the rest of the things are still irrelevant to them. What the company needs is a major over haul of the management. Remove all the dead woods. Hire capable people to run the show.

Directly all the train/buses operation is fuckup because of her so called plans.Take fat bonuses take high pay buy fancy stuffs.Then I should become her gigolo as well and squandered all her $$
