Actually those ppl have more experience on buses and what they tell u is about the infrastructure and LTA plans that indirectly doesn't support bendy buses at all.You see the current new BI so narrow to let svc with lot of bendy buses ply.But again human does make mistakes.Were to engross and with the extend to become extremist in our comments.The senior bus fans that you label names are all ex TIBS fans and do love bendies till SMRT take over and ruin its bus business.

190 and 851 are both better off with DDs. 851 bendy always creates a problem at Tiong Bahru Plaza.

Bendy can max take 105-110 pax. Anyone who thinks more than that doesnt know the reality.
A Citaro can max take 70 pax even if it claims 90 pax because people dont move to the rare and it is obvious, they want to stand in the middle area where it is more comfortable.

The only saving grace for DDs is that you have 82-85 seats in the first place. So isnt that the most comfortable journey and then on top of it, it can comfortably take 40 standees, though the claim states 50 standees. I think max is 125 pax for DD and 120 if it is more comfortable. Bendy 105-110.
