  Think can be placed sticky...

  1) RTA on AYE (ECP) near Clementi Rd exit. Congestion till Yuan Ching. 2 lane involved.

  2) RTA on AYE (ECP) near Clementi Ave 6 exit.

  Sv 30, 97, 154, 178, 188, 196, 197, 198, 963 affected.

  Not too sure if Jurong Town Hall Rd is affected as yet.
