I always have this to say..
COE... it's like everyone is suddenly rich enough to bid for cars (I know abt the issue of taxi as well).
Maybe that's why outside market still bad, cos everyone more important to save for car?
The COE can always go to $1 or $101, but who willing to say 'why bid so low'
On a positive note 925 did improved it has many Citaros now!!!

I believe the COE will go below 35k mark once the DTL rail stage 1/2 is complete.
