Yes, your eyes are not deceiving you. Public-listed company SMRT which rakes in millions of dollars in profits each year is fined ‘only’ $300 for persistent overcrowding on its bus service 925 despite the operator being fined for it four times before.

I always have this to say..COE... it's like everyone is suddenly rich enough to bid for cars (I know abt the issue of taxi as well).
Maybe that's why outside market still bad, cos everyone more important to save for car?
The COE can always go to $1 or $101, but who willing to say 'why bid so low'

COE market is caused by Open Cat which is bidded too high by corporates and some selfish individuals. And this greedy govt do not control such insanity of the COE prices. Now everything goes up for our necessaties, transport, housing, food, all because of this greedy govt. -
I believe the COE will go below 35k mark once the DTL rail stage 1/2 is complete.

35K will be the coe for motorcycles in a few years time.
