Mess at Boon Lay Stn - ST 20.03.12

Oh... Mess that waited to occur seriously...
Ytd 2/ 3 escalator at Boon Lay broke down. Massive mess at platform and concourse level. MRT staff turned off the remaining escalator for safety reasons.
In the first place, the mess is all because of poor crowd mgmt, the criss crossing at the concourse level.
Should we have another BOI onto how SMRT manages crowd control???

boon lay is too small for the crowd. its something like yishun. Even station design same.. no wonder cannot cope with the crowd.

Oh believe me, if I was in Singapore, I would go down and take a look, even if I was at the other end of singapore, i would still go, just because you told me to.

Boon Lay too small lah..... should have built the station as big as Woodlands.... wah concourse jin shiok there.

which is why whenever I need to go to boon lay, I'll surely let everybardie chiong to use the escalator 1st..
I'd rather be the last to reach my intended destination than to never reach at all..
