I just saw a Scania K230 with EDS on the Changi Airport BT shuttle. It had a distinctive paintwork advertising the service. Has SBST won the contract from CAG ? It's license plate was PC.
It is a K270 owned by WT
Woodlands Transport Scania KUB - Changi Airport T2 to and from Budget Terminal Shuttle

SBS Transit's Scania K230UBs and most Scania K270UBs (Rapid Penang, RapidKL, etc.) look alike.

Same bodywork what do u expect??
Thanks of the info. Thought it was SBST for a moment. What's the diff between K230 and K270 ? And what's the interior like ? The driver's compartment different for a start.

As Scania's entire product range is modular to begin with, the only major difference of the chassis between sbst's kub and wt's kub would be that a different engine is installed (if it is even different in the first place), and some minor upgrades to electronics and dashboard as the two vehicles are manufactured 1 year apart.
The rest of the differences you see here are bodywork differences between sbst's configuration and wt's configuration of the Gemilang bodywork.
Being modular allows the manufacturer to use the exact same barebone chassis, and include components of choice specified by the bus operator, without a redesign of the product.
I just saw somebody posted in fb that he chatted with the driver of that airport shuttle bus and the driver told him that the bus was actually supposed to be for sbst..Wtf did sbst really thought of buying the kubs yet again!?!?
The bus is confirmed to be a Scania K230UB, not K270UB.

Luckily SBST bought the Citaros instead...

If you want people to trust and take your information seriously, then either 1. Provide some photo or info that's backed by the manufacturer and/or 2. Use your main forum account and post. All that you are saying by creating a new account to post is that u are not intending to take responsibility over the info posted.

Then who is correct? K230, K270 or K280???

Are you the one who initiated the order of the buses? If you are, then get out of here!

That's right. Using other people's identity to post something that is false is doubly wrong.

No one knows. But I strongly believe it is a Scania K230UB.

But what's more worse is a flame war that spanned across 3 to 4 threads.

I'm afraid there might be another clone called SMB244Z (registered today) with no posts.

there might be more....some just want to cause trouble by using clone account, then hide their identity behind clone account to create problems in the thread discussions.
