168 and 197 almost definitely will be the next.
88 needs one more WAB IIRC, but it is the only service if i'm not wrong that is only using CDGE B9s from new years ago and still not WAB status.
25 is also using CDGE but not wab yet.
Originally posted by SBST:25 is also using CDGE but not wab yet.
25's current CDGE B9s ran around as AM SPs on 21 & 72 first before they were perm on 25. Not to forget 7476R 7478K 7479H which were perm AM 161 first before 161 got switched to full-HGDEP control.
88's CDGE B9s were really new back then, first day out on the roads already on 88.
Anyway, 25 needs around 3 more WABs till hit quota, 88 only needs 1.
SBST almost all except JIS
SMRT 75,167,173,187,700,853,857,941,961,970,980
My Guess is
SMRT - 75 853 857
SBS Transit - I can't really figure out any...
WHERE IS MY THREAD???!!!
Oh ok, mine expired
Service like 73 had full KUB deployed but no WAB status, but services like 100, 131, etc. got WAB status but no full WABs available. Hope 73 will get it this time round.
My guess for SBST would be 73, 83, 105, 168, 325.
For SMRT would be 75, 857.
Cheers.

966,963 and 960? they got some WAB fleet too nw
Originally posted by SMB189A:966 got half Man already maybe next WAB . 960 and 963 not sure cos got bendy
Yeah,963 could get bcoz it goes NUH,960 goes to KK,980 possible coz it goes to KK and TTSH
Originally posted by SMB189A:Maybe 187 also can get
Yeah.hw abt 178?
yea now come to think of it..963 and 966 might just become WAB also..
as for 167 and 980.. i think highly unlikely..at least for this time round.
anyway yea 73 has a full WAB fleet but because of TPY Interchange.. it cant be declared a WAB rite?
I supposed the booths affected by WAB is only the 73 and 238 one.
142, 157, 163, 231, 232, 235 should have no problems turning WAB.
I see hopes for 142 and 163. But im not sure wad other limitations are there in TPY int..

142 IS WAB.
231, 232, 235 oso.
157 and 163 problem is juz the same as 73 and 238: Berth not wide enough to fit wheelchair.

why dun just list down all the SMRT services? it is funny to see ppl saying that this SMRT service or that service will be WAB soon just because they deploy few new buses on that particular service? If u look at SMRT deployment, you will know that they are alway changing the fleet... they will rather put a few new buses on each service , rather than putting them on certain services to fulfil WAB quota...
look at Sv75... got lots of Citaros initially, almost full fleet? then now left 6? I can tell you that SMRT will only declare few more services WAB by end of THIS YEAR... while SBST will declare more services as WAB by this end March....

ooh. haha then it's like not justified for 73 to get full WAB fleet? LOL.
But well, I really cannot figure out which SBST bus services might turn WAB soon..
as for SMRT.. is rather ambiguous because yes, as mentioned by lemon, they keep changing their fleets. So well..
But looking at how things are going now..
857 963 966 are the most likely candidates.

I think from this line you posted, you can base the criteria on finding services that are going to turn WAB soon, on services which only need 1 or 2 more WABs to hit the 60% mark for WAB status. Like 168 197 hit the 60% mark already, so most likely they are part of the next batch of WAB services.
Then for services like 88, need 1 more WAB only. So that one is more likely to be the next to be announced then say 81, which needs like 3 more WABs.

But what other kinds of SDs does AMDEP have? Use Mark IVs and make new rectangular side destos for this service? Doesnt really make economic sense I afraid.

All the TPY Int end-on berths services not so soon right? Unless the authorities can hasten the modification project.. or perhaps Sv88 shifts to the unused berth beside Sv143 and share the PIW boarding facilities. LOL.

Oh yeah uh, I forgot the TPY end-on berths issue also apply to 88. Hope they really quicken the progress, if not the 88 CDGEs like from new bus become cui bus already.

they say can only be done by 2014.... so far dun think there is any work been done at all?
actually, if the wheelchair ramp is located at the entrance (just like HK), i think there wont be such issue?
another alternative, will be for Sv139/143/145 to share the same PIW boarding berth... and for Sv26/88/90/155, they might have to use the other side of the interchange for boarding/alighting of PIW? if there are pax alighting at interchange, the BC will turn into the "saw tooth" side of the interchange and let the PIW alight and then make a U-turn at the junction into the end-on berth side? i think the buses should be able to make that u-turn (since currently sv139/143/145 are also making big turn into the interchange)...
as for boarding of PIW, 26/88/90/155 will have to specially turn into the saw tooth berth of the interchange specially after leaving the end-on berth...troublesome though but only apply to those trips with WAB..
looking at current situation, the potential SBST WAB services are below:
10, 56, 66, 70, 73, 83, 105, 124, 125, 128, 168, 186, 197, CT8 and high change those HG/SK feeders..
