We wish to share that each station has an appointed cleaner who looks after cleanliness of the premises throughout passenger service hours.
On top of that, they maintain the toilets twice every morning, afternoon and evening, including washing the floor, replenishing the toilet paper and hand soap and sweeping up litter.
We have since reminded the cleaner at Bras Basah station to adhere to the schedule. We have also fixed the two door locks and the soap dispenser in the male toilets.
With regard to the station staff, we have counselled him to be more proactive in taking down commuters' feedback.
