I also saw tissues blocking 2 air-con outlets on SBS920X.
I riddden on it 4 times and it is not removed. I know you asking why I no remove.

I also can remember once when I'm on a DM3500 on 72 at Hougang Ave 4 towards Hougang Mall. He also did not close the door and the bus is full also. The bus captain only closed it when it came to a stop after leaving Hougang Avenue 4 into Hougang Central.
