Bus Stops Skipped due to SAFRA Singapore Bay Run and Army Half Marathon 2012
25 bus services - 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 31, 32, 33, 36, 56, 57, 70M, 97, 100, 111, 130, 131, 133, 158, 162M, 186, 195, 196, 502 and 518 - will be affected on Sunday, 9 September, when roads in the central business district are closed for the SAFRA Singapore Bay Run and Army Half Marathon 2012. As a result, these 25 affected bus services will skip a number of bus stops.

From Monday. 17 September 2012, Service 200A will be introduced to better serve commuter's travel needs. It will ply between 8.00AM-9.30AM on weekdays (except public holidays) and at 11.55PM on all days and will call at bustops between Buona Vista Terminal and Kent Ridge Terminal .

200A route is half of 200 lolthat means the last bus for 200 shld be earlier than 2355hrs
then 200A only 1 trip at nite (2355hrs) ?

Public transport operators have also improved a total of 30 bus services between July and September, adding a total of 190 more weekly trips! This is part of the improvements under the on-going quarterly bus service review process by deploying higher capacity buses and/or adding more bus trips along sectors which experience heavy ridership. Improved SBS Transit bus services: 2, 7, 12, 15, 22, 39, 43, 52, 70, 72, 79, 86, 139, 163, 182, 243W, 285, 293, 506 and 518. Improved SMRT bus services: 169, 171, 184, 190, 858, 945, 965, 969, 971E and 975.

There will also be a new SMRT service 860 which plies between Yishun MRT and Yishun Ring Road (Khatib MRT station) wef 21 October 2012.
