what discimination you talking about?
foreigners need to pay levy, and also accomodation and other costs
they also have a higher risk of running away
not only that, when they convert to their own currency back home, their purchasing power is greater than singaporeans..
so who is being disrcrminated at the end?
have you think of the working hours and time beside the salary?
Jtan0492, how old are you? : 40 year old .
have you think of the working hours and time beside the salary? Working hours about same , when i work as cleaner , company pay extra when i work more than 8 hour . Calculated as overtime how many hour extra time . Maybe same at any company .
Go join, sg need more locals.

Yeah well said.
$1300 a month is not a lot of money.
Divide it by 30 days, you are actually being paid around $43 a day.
Divide that by 8 hours, you are getting around $5 an hour.
By the way, $1300 is before cpf right?
