I know Premium kinda has different rules from 518 cause of the no-standee rule for Premium? But still, I don't think anyone will want to pay $2 or more to board 518 and stand all the way from Marina all the way to Pasir Ris.

1) Which day of the week did you stand at PSR Dr 1 and look?
2) What time of the day were you standing there?And the best question of all..
3) Which bus stop were you standing at?Just fyi, there is a total of 11 bus stops along the entire stretch of PSR Dr 1, so take your time to choose.

Not undergoing refurbishments, they were stocking up library books and testing library equipments. The modifications are already done. -
