  It's quite ironic that these additional buses are for SBS Transit's own services to ferry those stranded away faster, when it is SMRT's North South Line & Circle Line that broke down.

  saw two Express 518s on the downramp exiting CTE at Moulmein... both were packed to the door. one of it was SBS8300H. pulled from Service 15? it was Service 15 BC.
