Realising the people these days...
1) No one flags for bus in advance. Heard some school kids even use their legs to 'flag' for bus.
2) No one press for bell, as if bus can stop just you wish for last minute cases.
Both cases occuring without fail as I take bus rides these days...
and if they press, they press it like there's no tmr..
I was gonna help you continue the title...
People who do not flag down or press the bell...
- will have to jump out through the window at bus stops
- are probably sleeping and will alight at the bus terminal
- are the bus drivers
- have no time for anything else.
- are people who take bus with sbst275 because I certainly observe people pressing the bell.

Why would the bus drivers require to flag down the bus and press the bell?
SMB128B also last minute press bell right?
There's two more kinds of ppl...
1. those who press the bell 20meters from the bus stop... the last time this happened, the bc did a e brake and cut infront of a dd just to alight the pax, should really have just skipped the stop.
2. those who press the bell while the bus is still leaving the bay.. sometimes is hard to guage if the person is trying to get off last min or getting off the next stop. end up stopping and wasting everyones time.
I realised actually there are a lot of morons out there who don't flag the bus down when they walk towards the bus bay to await the bus' arrival.
today i took 27 from sengkang to tampines...
after the last Punggol Rd bus stop, someone pressed the bell.
along TPE, another pressed the bell.
on the downramp out of TPE, another pressed the bell again.
they are 3 different people.

People tend to press many times for fear the bus driver may forget. Sound more alarm is better than none.

cos the first bus stop out of Tampines Int is at Lentor Avenue 17km away.
wow can use legs to flag the bus?
this type of kid, can say wow and fail
Even along Bt Timah or Dunearn where speed of buses are relatively higher, the kids esp wun even bother to flag for bus

It must either be accidental, or emergency(Eg: the person take wrong bus, supposed to take Svc 67 but accidentally took Svc 969).
Encountered BCs who do not stop for ppl not flagging, the look on the face of those ppl is priceless
Adding on, ppl tend to take their own sweet time when alighting from buses and this is applicable to all age groups.
