Has anyone realised much as the complain of the peak hr congestion, the off peak situation is totally diff.
Trains is only of 1 carriage load.
Sometimes there's only 30 pax onboard to HBF aft BNV.
I wonder with such ridership, how is SMRT going to plan the CCLe? Shuttle bet MRB & Promenade at 7 mins freq?
I still do not get it why SMRT's CCL Sat SWT runs all the way to HBF

Probably 7 min or less...
Due to MBS passengers taking that shuttle.
Let's settle the weekend's loading first.. After which we can think of Weekday arrangement better (standardise)...
I thought of 6 mins bet HBF & Promenade, 12 mins bet Promenade & Marina Bay, 12 mins bet Dhoby Ghaut & Promenade.
But this option makes waiting time at Dhoby Ghaut to hit 12 mins.
6 mins dun make sense for Western leg loading condition either.
Unless it's Marina Bay - Marymount SWT, but have to deal w/ longer waiting time at Dhoby Ghaut unless SMRT willing to do 3.5 mins bet Promenade & Marymount the whole day..
Basically, it's a catch 22 situation w/ the big swing in loading between East & West leg.
during the weekend, the loading from HBF to DBG quite good
all seats taken up... standing pax abt 5-6 people per carriage
