  which reminds me
  what does "bus stop not accessible" mean?
  does it mean the bus stop doesnt connect anywhere, or the infrastructure at the bus stop itself is designed such that putting the ramp there is impossible, or a combination of both, or something?

  For my case is the bus stop is macham old day type, lead to no proper pavement

  for 160, is in the middle of nothing.. only semi expressway

  i rem taking a pix on sv196 B9TL that shows a few bus stops tt are not WAB...

  103? Seletar camp I think. That service doesn't need to go WAB IMO, since most commuters are usually just workers from S'goon Int to Seletar Camp.

  They put it on the bus-stop pole if I recall correctly! A little metal plate that says the bus stop is not accessible to PIWs.
