Wonder who has also spotted such incidents before.
This evening I was greeted by this display.
Station entrance: Dhoby Ghaut Arr, 7 mins. HarbourFront: 4 mins
Concourse level: Dhoby Ghaut 4 mins. HarbourFront Arr, 7 mins
Platform: Dhoby Ghaut Arr. HarbourFront: 2 mins (This one nothing to say, takes time to walk down).
The platform display for Dhoby Ghaut is faulty as it still displays Dhoby Ghaut even though there's no train in station
Spotted one-north station concourse screen using CCL open house display setting
I realised the train door dwell time sot sot one. Kent Ridge's is shorter than one-north.
Oh yah
SPH says CCL yet to reach satuation level..
I think she needs to take CCL herself. Peak hrs has reached sat level, but CCL is a peakish line.
I noticed only 1 carriage load of pax from HarbourFront departing HBF. CCL's weekend demand is very very low.
CCL will never get to hit 600,000 at this rate.
CCL weekends can cope with 6.5 minutes headway. that is also the standard for many metro lines during off-peak hours, guess it's the optimal before customer dissatisfaction spikes.
The Western leg's off peak demand is very very low.
Nvm... NEL was like that intially as well.
Remember who said something abt NEL?

The platform display is really... gives people false impression that a train is coming (and thus the need to chiong down escalator). I see that almost everyday at Kent Ridge (but then luckily normally I board trains twds HBF).
Rgding the second point I'm glad that the Western stretch is less popular and I consider myself lucky to form the minority using that stretch (at least at Kent Ridge when you see the number of ppl boarding DBG-bound trains ).
At the end of the day I'm still glad that I spend the majority of my train ride on NEL. NEL trains just seem to be smoother IMO.

SMRT...
Even CCL cannot get it settled within 1 mth
The Botanic Gardens & Kent Ridge 'Dhoby Ghaut' display is still there
