  Okay, to help the person updating the list alittle:
  
  For Service 12, only 7347E & 7348C are still using plastic destos. All the other 12 B9TLs in the list above already have LECIP.

  For Service 21, now left 7422X as the only one left stil using plastic destos. All the rest of 21 B9TLs (both AMDEP & BNDEP side) have LECIP already.

  Alot of them have the rear EDS installed. Just that either it wasn't switched on by default when the front & side ones are, or the advert the B9TL has covers the rear EDS. That's why there's the perception that there's no rear EDS installed at times.
