Anyway, i'm not sure if this will be true, but according to the change in 43's online e--schedule, I don't think the Wrights will operate at all on weekends or even public hols. The change is only for normal weekdays and H1 weekdays.

I was jogging near along YCK Rd at 6 45pm when I saw 2 43 WEGs bunched up. I had never seen 2 43s together before, nor WEGs on 43. First bus was decently loaded, 2nd bus was empty.
Disgusting waste of resources. That point was further driven home when 20 min later when I reached Sengkang East, a completely empty 163 VO passed me by towards Sengkang.
Yours truly took 5196 on 43 from upp east coast rd today. The bus followed the 70 VO in front ALL THE WAY. Yours truly was in his worst ride ever. in the end yours truly got so annoyed he had to abandon his ride, alight at nex and switch to MRT instead back to sengkang.
Now, after the ride, i observed two hot spots for 43. they are:
1. parkway parade - paya lebar MRT
2. nex - buangkok mrt
5196 was filled to the door at that time, but still can chiong chiong fit the pax in.
Conclusion: Improve Frequency
43 does not need DDs AT ALL. Leave the wrights for DD replacement. A few citaros will do on 43 for frequency improvement.

so NO NEED DDs for sv43, dun even need a few citaros...
just have a short trip for sv43 from Buangkok MRT to nex mall will solve the crowding observed at this heavily used area

This is what I figured, no doubt certain arterial stretches would see duplication between certain MRT station and a HDB estate corridor w/o MRT, the best is it's kept limited to 2 of such svs
59 need more new wright alway pack to the door for SD. Why so many DDs for 58? and 59 waiting time is too long during the hours from 1700 to 1900

If 43 is a high demand service then what was 109, 161 (former HG 20 min frequency services)?
These services are now 10 min frequency services and 161 has a nearly full ADD fleet. But 43 is still 20 min. Don't you think there's a reason for that?

Can't u juz stfu and stop offending ppl on yr 8th post? i took 43 as well frequent as the ppl out there, yes, improve frequency will do. coz 43 only hv demand in specific places, at specific times. so YOU think again and see if DDs are really needed anot.

For the gloriousness of sv43's DD, it really dun deserve any DD for any duty shift
Btw do u take or see sv43 evdae?! Coz i do, so i repeat again sv43 is a super duplicated route & if sv43 demand is high y need to wait 20mins!?
Furthermore, sv43 BCs like to crawl behind the main trunk route 70,76, for ev 2 sv70/76, there is a tortise 43
I prob tink u only want to c a DD on sv43, if tts the case, a VO3X will suffice, newer buses can give to more deserving svcs in HG, sv43 is definitely not one of them.
