Transport woes of Poly students

  Maybe this is a fair fair situation...
  
  $26 + $52 = $78
  $78 / 2 = $39
  
  JC Students / ITE / Poly all pay concessions of $39 for bus. Fair now?

  A couple of days ago, one of our dear MP declared that he's going to push for further concessions for poly students. How wonderful to hear isn't it?

  However, he failed to say who in turn is going to carry these burdens. Is it the full-fare paying adults (ie further fare incease due to heavier fare subsidy for poly stidents) or is he going to contribute part of his own salary as a model MP to subsidise for poly students? Since he is the one suggesting, I hope he set a good example by sacrifice his own salary first.

  All of those who are anti towards poly student's plight, You can SHUT THE FUCK UP!

  All those who are in the JC will be commenting; you all have the freedom yet you want student's concession. Please, we're all of the same age regardless of where we want to study. Then your next qn will be: Then why not go to a JC instead. 

  My reply to that is: Every individual has a choice to choose their educational career paths.

  Currently, there are alot of students in poly who qualify for good JCs, yet they don't want to choose it. This is because of a variety of reasons which i will not talk about. I happen to be able to apply to the top 5 JCs for your info!

  Also, some might say, there are also some who are working part-time or even say we have the privilege to work part-time to support ourselves financially. But the problem is, not all do that. Just because we have the honour of wearing "outside" clothes, does not complete the whole picture. 

  All we want is affordability when it comes to transport fares. Does that seem too much of a favour to ask for???

  Oh just stop complaining. Why don't the poly students go complain about their less-than-ideal university entry chances? Life's not fair, so just learn to live with it.

  The poly student should write a signed petition to Miss I dunno what to say since she is representing the young generation.

  Give her something to talk in the house so that she dun fall asleep.
