  It's not about free concession. It's about reduced concession rate.

   

  Poly student pays double the concession price as to JC students.

   

  Adult paid the most. Followed by Poly students, then JC

  I am in poly right now, I pay for $52 bus concession every month and I don't feel no problem.

  yes. and im not willing to pay more for adult fares if tertiary fares are fully subsidised or subsidised in terms of creating a new special fare structure for them that is discounted from adult fare. it will only get cheaper if they are lesser students in these places in the long run. Then again our gahment said to increase local uni intake for local students by 10-15% so.....
