It is only through the media senior mgmt take notice. The main channel is badly choked and goes nowhere, while Mark's method of skipping the chain is the other method

eh...i'm referring to bus ops, sometimes when things could be solved n settled easily could end up played by 'official' rules...
When things become official, humans tend to become defensive or offensive depending on e nature of the item.
as for the pic taking issue, it's really trying to make sure no info gets to e rest, make ppl scared of you that ppl will only pass info to you...
