Suggest you to go Kovan station in the evening and COUNT how many people boards 113, How pack the bus is when it arrives, How many people are STRANDED BEHIND after the bus leaves. and what time it arrives and departs at the bus stop. Talk is cheap. I prefer to look at things from the numbers perspective. Better still add some photographs.

I have taken service 113/321 for 22+ years already. If talking about alighting train and hop bus to lor ah soo, simply train to alight S'goon instead? If not, there is already service 115 to serve you half way till Ave 1. Anw, it is also the same journey time if you were to take sv53/45 from S'goon Int to lor ah soo and as compared to Kovan to Lor ah soo.Otherwise, there is still sv62 from hg ctrl area what. What's there to argue about?
Have you seen the load from lor ah soo to s'goon ctrl during morning peak? Does it mean sv53/45/45A need DD also?
And for you info, it was 7244 7245 perm sv321.

can be done during peak hours.. sure got buses going back to HGDEP from HG int.. just ask few of these S shift buses put desto as 113M.. start direct from HG Int, then upper serangoon road, kovan and terminate at Lor Ah Soo and then go back to HGDEP.. but demand wise.... no points lah.. if there is demand, you wont see 15 mins frequency already...
Sv138 lagi worst leh.. 20 mins frequency leh with 5 buses only in morning peak? must request DDs leh. if put 3 more wrights, together with the current 4 Citaros + 1 Strider, lagi better.. haha

ps lar my eng fail one. but srsly, i always sit at the granny seat, but sometimes, i get up the bus at blk 210 there, no seat, then stand lor. no ppl want move back also. if i find myself at the back door area, yes, im on the steps. of course. -
