  This photo was uploaded by our dear jayh272416 two years ago, nobody solved the "last very tricky edit" at that time. now...

  

  since i stay in sengkang, i shall reveal the long-lost truth...

  The blocks at the back, the blue HDB GOT YELLLOW STRIPE EDITED FROM BLUE PAINT, RIGHT?
