I'd seen many bus stops having its names changed over the years. The name changes can be found in different versions of service guides. List down all the changes in the past, and as well in the future.

Still waiting for the name of Boon Keng Rd's Blk 12 bus stop to get a name change. Blk 12 and other blocks has been demolished and replaced with City View for at least 8 years.
