I guess the earliest bus svs to do it was 146, 154 back in 1982. -
think everyone had overlooked this.. the project includes going straight from jln kolam ayer slip rd(towards bendemeer rd) to jln toa payoh

anyway, i pass by bendermeer and serangoon today. no sv966 along bendermeer road first bus stop after jln kolam ayer..... but at the serangoon rd "bee chin hiang" bus stop, the sv8/90/151/154 plate on bus stop was removed, but SV966 one remain on the bus stop pole..... so high chance it will go one big round....

Press release stating that it will go one big round seen on a CAC today (3/9) while it was on Sv961. Quite a last min slipshod announcement IMO, though no bus stops will be missed. I suppose Sv966 will be calling at St Michael's Pl stop as well just like Sv26/61/107/853.

I officially give up on 151 from today.
The closure of the previous junction is now causing a HUGE-ASS jam as I had feared.
The buses were a major cause as they had to filter right IMMEDIATELY after the bus-stop before the right turn.
tmd. My ride from 1 hr 15 min now turned into 1 hr 45 min.

Oh yah, some day back... got 1 sports car dun dare to stop at bus stop as there was a traffic light crossing, though I could have boarded the bus had the car stopped as usual..

I was gonna have lunch at 11am....in the end reached at 11 45am......and no lunch.

all along gave Macpherson Rd miserable dwell time.. no time red light.
Same goes to the horrid CCK Rd jam these days. Can take 15 mins during off peak to get from CCK Way to Upp Bt Timah.

They should just reroute 151 somehow...a lot of problems with its current route.
Clementi Rd jam, Dunearn Rd jam, PIE jam, Stevens Rd jam, MacPherson jam......

I'm amazed at how long I stuck with this unreliable service (thankfully not as unreliable as 154). But this one is really the last straw.

154 also another sot one, sometimes going to 18 mins on weekends esp.
