unlikely. distance correction or calling of new bus stops likely.Originally posted by 28_29_293:go c e timetables for svcs 103 109 158
the shops within the interchange will be forced out by november
hence, the interchange will move out maybe around november? just nice school holidays also
the berth allocations for the services plying the new serangoon interchange are posted up on the signboards inside the interchange already. from what i see, 81 and 82 aren't listed on the directory...
Right, SER new interchange is opening. What about CLE? Any ideas?

Year-end, probably like Boon Lay.
new serangoon bus interchange will be fully operational wef. 3 september 2011 (sat).
this info is found on a memo pasted at the serangoon bus interchange staff office's window.
wonder how svcs 81 and 82 will be re-routed? i'm guessing 82 will be amended to terminate at punggol int and loop via upp serangoon rd, serangoon ave 2, boundary road, serangoon central and upp serangoon rd.. no clue on svc 81 though.
maybe 81 amended to loop at serangoon
(upp serangoon > ctrl > boundary rd > ave 3 > ave 2 > upp serangoon road)
and 82 is amended to be a punggol int > punggol road shuttle service
affected passengers can take 101 or 107

im more concerned about 105 actually.

hm my guess is that 105 will end directly at the new interchange, with the sector along ave 2 (towards lor chuan) and boundary road deleted. affected pax along the deleted sector can board the amended 109 which takes the same route to yio chu kang link (my best guess).
it's sad to see serangoon bus interchange lose two bus services though. and the small interchange doesn't allow for any likely expansion of services in the future.

i was also thinking of that. 315 also can ply serangoon avenue 2 instead. the rest of the services will just turn into serangoon ave 2 from upp serangoon road instead of serangoon central...
who knows maybe SBST will throw a surprise by extending 81 and 82 to other interchanges. THAT i will be surprised :O

or maybe 179 199 scenario. u never know.

Like very inconvenient hor? Wish I have a chauffeur...
confirmed:
103 & 158 via Upp S'goon Rd.
109 via S'goon Ave 2 & Boundary Rd.
Hmmm...
105 & 315 will use boundary road still... Load to Nex is very good...
100 will follow 133/135 route to the new interchange
81, 101, 103, 317 follow 45/58 route to the new interchange
109: Drive up Sgoon Ctrl - Right turn to Upp Sgoon Rd - Right turn to Sgoon Ave 2
82... Extend back to Shenton Way bah... Better...
158... Extend to Hougang Central??

That is stated in the route diversion note.
I haven't had the chance to read the note in full. Able to share how the different services will be amended?

u mean a bus stop build near blk 416 there? btw 82 possibility is cut short (HG to Punggol End) if not i wish (dream only la) is drag it to either J8 or TPY.

158 can be extended to HGN via current 107 route. Just turn right from SER Ctr to Upp S'goon Rd, then follow 107 route.
82 may end up like enother 882. The missing sectors can be covered by 158 and 107 (extended to PGL Int).
Nooo dont touch 107 :( I love the way it is right now
