Comments pls
NR1 & NR6 should start from Yishun and Punggol respectively.
NR7 should start from Pasir Ris.
A new NR4 should start from Serangoon Central to town
All Niteowl should end at 3am..
Public transport leh.
It should be there for the public, and not base on demand.
You want the average Singaporeans to become Cinderellas again.
There are people who take NR services to town just to transfer to another NR service. If its made one-way, then whats the difference between NR services and NiteOwl?
Low Demand = No Demand? Like this then those who are in the heartlands have to be forced to take cab after midnight?
Last of all, I dont see why the route should be split into two. NR1 from orchard to yishun takes barely 35-40mins dispite the long-winded route. Most of the SL i've taken max out at 60km/h provided the road is clear.
For NR1 & NR6,
I find that they route now is pretty fine as it provides a way for ppl to get frm ysh to tpy area.
If all the service go to expressway after town area, it makes no different from SBST Niteowl.
In addition, If all buses go to RWS, you gt close to 0 chance to see bendy anymore. Cos RWS is nt bendy friendly.
No point all NR Svc goes to RWS.
I was hoping a new Niteowl 7 starts from New Bridge Rd to West Coast
3am too early end
Anyway I feel the niteowl services should run a bit faster.
Everytime the niteowl just stops behind another at a bus stop when theres no one boarding/alighting.
Wasting time waiting at bus stops only.
they shouldnt depart in groups from marina centre terminal in the first place. I would prefer them queueing up at the bus stop than to skip it, miss the bus and have to wait anotheer 40min for the next one.Originally posted by Y_Shun:3am too early end
