Impossible that dirty until camouflage together with the tyres bah. Think of the OC, their rims were White > pain dropped & dirtied > silver (some) > from silver to black or from "dirty" white straight to black.

2 - 3 buses arriving Clementi jam, why? 3 useless bendy buses alrdy fill up Clementi bus stop. 2x 189 & 1x 184.
Boon Lay bus cannot move. Why? 1x 180 bendy, 1x 172 bendy queueing up to pick up pax. Somemore hopeless, the queue of 180 cannot clear fast.
It's more of education of moving up to upper deck. Dun need to laugh also, those who laugh are doing it themselves usually.
i sit on top usually. why? to enjoy peace instead of cramming on the bottom wif those hilarious people. somemore i can enjoy cheap movable sightseeing... why sit at the noisy, cramming bottom?

add-on:
for sightseeing, you don't even have to pay that much for that Ducktours which uses B9 and go around when you can sit on an air-conditioned wright and have the whale of your time, even when raining (ducktours buses don't have sheltered upper deck).
Furthermore, ducktours can only move in one fixed route. SBS? Now quite a number of CBD svc uses DD oredi, why not transfer wherever you wanna go?
Ok.
I must admit bendies had its problems.
Last night, according to news report, a SMRT BC driving an 857 bendy suddenly didn't feel comfortable on the expressway. but he hung on and went ahead. He drove the bus wery dangerously afterwards. The whole bus was dangling side to side. 40 standees were injured as a result. Surprisingly (or not very), most of tthem are from the back of the bus. It's probably becoz when the front shakes, the back would shake even more. It even scared some girls and they broke down.
BUT this doesn't mean DDs can escape from this. In fact, DDs liddat lagi WORSE. It might topple to its side, and it might not even make it safely out the expressway (luckily the bus made it and stopped at the stop right after the expressway).

Double decks would not topple unless there's lots of standee on the upper deck and it's only when it's turning.
I'm more inclined to think it's the tyres that's giving the problem
