Fastest route from Khatib MRT to NUS?

  Hello all...
  
  Can any 1 enlighten me on the fastest route to NUS from Khatib MRT?
  
  I take to Bouna Vista MRT and change to bus 19 (i think). Is that the fastest route?

  MRT to Buona Vista, then cross the bridge.

  95 or 198 to NUS.

  which part of NUS?
