Getting a Class 4 license

  hey guys ask u all ah if got existing class 3 license still need to pass class 4 theory test anot? and go where learn good?

  class 4 u only need a PDL. no need theory tests
  
  6 practical lessons + test will cost you $600 upwards
  
  only can take at PCDC (at SSDC building) in woodlands

  when you are turning you must really beo rear wheel, cos car wheelbase short, buses or lorry wheelbase longer.

  reversing might need to be extra careful also cos you can't see the back very well.

  when i took my class 4 i had to attend theory lessons. This will go into a verbal test after you did your road test. Fail that and you actually fail the whole test. Can't remember all the qns but there are road signs and certain road you not suppose to go onto that you have to remember. learn to tied a knot as well. Parallel park, U-turn etc. If you drive a car regularly i don't think you will find much different. Juz the turning angle different due to the length especially the front wheel is just underneath you. Well, its also manual so hope you still remember.

  yes.

  apart from the steering as mentioned, u have to take extra care on the brakes.

  these class 4 vehicles use air brake, which is more sensitive than car (disc) brakes.
