No.
guys.. please appreciate the difference between deregistered and scrapped.
deregistered here means its no longer SBS-plated, bus had been sold/ transferred to new owner, not scrapped.

I think that he did not board the bus because he said he saw the bus at traffic junction, so I think that he did not know the colour of the seats.
So fast they hand over the bus to A&S...
Still have the GPS and EZ link card readers on???

they alr had e former comfort delgro SCs months before e SBST SCs were de-regged.
Originally posted by service_238:those under A&S now are not part of the fleet de-registered last week. some of them were sold to A&S by Comdel about 2 years back.
Please do not get misinterpreted.
Then which company purchased the de-registered buses?

So it means that those that were deregistered last week might have a possiblity of being scrapped???

deregistered --> mean no longer in LTA database...
deregistered can mean either buses will be scrapped (due to lifespan expiry or accident or what), or can mean that the buses can be exported or be registered in another owner (provided COE is bought and 20 years lifespan is not up).... in this case, most likely the buses are going to scrapyard....

no one know... there might not be any compaines who bought it.. SBST might scrap them.....

Pretty wasted then for the recent refurnished ones...

I think not.

Most of the de-registered buses are scrapped.

I saw that bus last saturday parked at Serangoon Rd near the Blk 663 bus stop..I cant rmb it's rego clearly..Think it was 4693 or 4689.Cant rmb which one.
The buses were in not-very-good condition when I took them regularly in early 2007....I think its as good call by SBST to retire these unique buses.
