It's not we that condemn int shots.
If your figured what the JI exactly did @ Yishun, you would realise why. They even went on to specify what buses are typically used.
I dun need to openly state just why they specify the buses used (There are reasons for it and it's not proper to state it here).
Now, there are BIs that has high passenger volume and has buses heading to sensitive installations or even like NUS (imagine sabotaging acts occuring say during NUS's exam period, next thing is chaos).
Your can say this macham PAP style of scare mongering your, but this is the harsh fact over security issue
