Had to change the title because the original one is too generalised.

I am not too sure about the other 2 services but AC7 needs more marketing to allow its service more known to the public. I think most of the Singaporeans don't even know the existance of AC7 till now. Neither many of them know where AC7 goes.
I think 170X recently got scheduled freq boost in the AM peak. It's 3 - 8 mins now even w/ more bus svs.

not just that, i believe e route needs to be adjusted slightly.
The distance fare scheme makes it unattractive as well
TS8 is doing fine with almost 100 percent seating on weekends
TS1 is doing not so bad with around below 50 percent capacity
AC7 is starting to pick up demand from the JB side and Sg side as their buses are about 50 - 70 percent capacity.
CW5 is not doing that well at the moment with ridership at 20 - 40 percent capacity.
The only use of these services is between Woodlands CIQ -> JB Sultan Iskandar Complex

I've not seen standee on AC7 as yet, loading factor during peak hrs can't be 70%.
Furthermore as off peak hrs translate to some 70% of the time, one has to factor the average loading be it on weekdays n weekends.
AC7's loading is pretty ok alrdy
off peak it's some 30 - 40% filled.
