  its common to see 3/4 sv99, sometimes 5/6 bunching after a painful 30min wait. second reason is because as the route is too long as it's a loop svc, headway isnt adjusted clementi bound from jw st 91. getting sv99 to terminate somewhere at jurong west might resolve a few of these problems.

  
  SBST should let 99 terminate at Soon Lee Depot.

  Nop. SBS8207U and another Euro IV[Think should be 8443,] did 405 before, SBS8891T is on 405 today as well...

  Should have make 99's terminating time somewhat similar like 55 76 135 155 though but just slightly a bit later after 2315 buses that leave clementi int will terminate at blk 734 though by right at that time people should be back home though.
