Wait correction, I sat on TIB905Y b4. That's the only demo bus that I sat on b4. Btw, I am not interested in SBST buses. I'm more or less a SMRT bus fan... And furthermore, Woodlands seems quite far for me as I live near CCK...

All the time I went is the wrong time... Cannot catch those demos... But can spot demos from opp direction. Cannot afford to wait coz I still student, need rush home study...

There's nothing worng... It just proves that it is a heavily used service...
Guess I'm luckier with demonstrators; I caught TIB 1105H and TIB 1024H when they cameoed on route 960 and 859 respectively, some time back.
There's nothing too interesting about TIB1024H really; it's just a Volgren-bodied MB O405G bendy bus with the Volgren-bodied MB O405's interior specifications.
Service 99 is also a heavily used service.

99 is always whenever there's high loading. Making things worst is ppl dunno how to auto and move in.
I dunno is it because bus 241 all these gets new buses and too frequent that they've forgotten nearby 179 or say Tampines 291 are facing similiar problems.

99 drivers loves to cao geng - drive at an unreasonably slow speed, they run less trips get same pay mentality, no need to work so hard.
its common to see 3/4 sv99, sometimes 5/6 bunching after a painful 30min wait. second reason is because as the route is too long as it's a loop svc, headway isnt adjusted clementi bound from jw st 91. getting sv99 to terminate somewhere at jurong west might resolve a few of these problems.
Let 99 terminal @ boon lay int lor. but might cause jam due to lack of parking space & berth. or intergrate wit svc 241/242..
