True, but Marine Tce nearest station is EUN. Better for Route 13 to loop there and 76 replace the sector towards UEC.So 315 will now ply into the business park? That sounds like a good idea.
No. It hasn't plied the business park.

This means 103 took up the current 103M route by 95% because of the closure of West Camp Rd section.

Do you know why 103 was changed to start from Serangoon? Because it's the nearest bus interchange along it's route from Jalan Kayu to be shortened to.
from the poster, looks like the NSF gota walk further to the bus stop
aft the merger, also good la.. no more erratic frequencies.. i remembered 20mins during 8am towards camp gate and every 16mins leaving the camp from 6.30pm-7.30pm (any 103/ 103M bus)
http://www.sbstransit.com.sg/download/103_103m_merge.pdf
looks like mileage.distance is much longer for those going to the airport

serangoon = dumping ground for NEL rationalised services
but they still have to retain some connectivity..
PGL or SKG or AMDEP will be even nearer than serangoon
