Bukit Batok Bus Int: works are going on at one of 852's berths.Perhaps 852 is going WAB? Also, since ytd, there would be a few blackouts...all at about 0620.
Also, saw OC with EDS showing 927 details parked at the Int at 1600.No idea why it was there.

BNL Int AM peak
179 & 182 cannot be together one. Sv 179 BCs woud love to horn, horn, horn @ 182.
They must be thinking 182 low demand. But a MK4 can be filled to e entrance.
I think SBS should consider alternate downroute for 179 from Jurong West St 63. The 179A is alrdy meant to allow ppl downstream to be able to board 179. Let those students queue should they decide to queue for 179 on basis '179A too long'. Seriously how fast you're cleared on 179A .
Even I noticed it's becoming a problem. PM peak outbound NTU students lub to take 179 to Pioneer. Ends up those who really need 179 at South Spine are deprived a boarding chance.
Evening: 182, 243G, 179 VO2x queueing together.
243G's queue is confirmed to be longer than 181 during the 179's peak period.
Also seriously 241A overkill riao... Noticed a pattern of 5 buses. 3 ADD can take e load le. Even that lone KUB 241 full trip is only 40% loaded.
Should deploy more resources to improve 192 & 193's headways. Ends up 192 can have 14 mins headways during AM peak resulting in brunching along e way.
As for 241's PM peak.
I noticed tis at Pioneer Rd Nth (N9 bus stop). Everyone just squeezed at the entrance - exit door space area nia.
Rear, upper deck empty.
Seriously 241 at this going rate should be using KUB + VO2x. Take 2km kpkb, wat abt ppl taking for 5 - 15km on squeezy VO2x?
Tuas & JIS seriously deserves better buses than 241
In any case, 194 has gotten it's proper side rect desto

182's demand definitely cannot b underestimated. I see alot of buses esp the SDs wif fully packed foreign workers most of the time..

Not sure about the direction from Jurong West St 92 but everytime when I took 241 from Boon Lay Int during PM peak or at night there ought to be some people who went to the upper deck and most of the time the upper deck is around 35-60% occupied.
I do think that 241 still needs ADDs due to the high demand of the service but then due to its short distance nature IMO older buses like LO3X or VO3X batch 1 should be enough. It is really a waste IMO for buses like SBS9496U to be deployed on 241 though.
I also don't think that 241 should use VO2X either as all the other feeder services around Sg are full aircon so to be fair to the 241 pax also.

But JIS are still using VO2x.
179, 182, 192, 193, 246, 249, 251, 252, 254, 255, 257 are using VO2x.
But back some NAC buses to feeder services as in the past, they were made up of full NAC.

David Lim should just move out of that area to some place called The Sail.

Agreed, sv241 should ve PERM batch 1 Euro 4 KUB/Strider/DM3500 fleet as most passengers alight/board at Joo Koon, waste of resources...
ACx
Like I've said, most tok kong is queueing for 179A.. to realise e 2nd or 3rd bus is VO2x.
179 now has 4x VO2x dispatched
SBS 9246A (BBDEP SP) Sv 147
Upper Deck flooded, water literally like river. Floor totally wet, bus brake the dirty water flow all the way to the back, when it turns the water from left side flow to the right side.
But lower deck BC didnt know anything. And it was dry.
Suspect leakage in window ledge and aircon.

Lol! Why isn't Scanias?
CAC windows can be opened easily now.... Seriously, need to change into glass window (like 792E) as the current adhesive contatc has already lost their effects liao.
Today's bus frequencies were very erratic.
Happened about 8am, my friend complained to me, saying she was at Punggol Int waiting for 34 for 45 mins. From 745 to 830. Apparently buses couldnt get back to the int to start trip due to flooding and a heavy jam along TPE.
72's frequency was very bad too. Iris-ed at 830am for YCK Rd towards Yck Terminal direction. It was 25 mins, sub 30. Very bad. Suspect flooding along Tampines Rd.
