Compare this with 950 (WRI <==> Kota Raya II Ter.), 160 (JE Int <==> Kota Raya II Ter.), 170 (Queen St Ter. <==> Larkin Ter.) and 170X (Kranji MRT <==> Kota Raya II Ter.), which is better? I dun care about the Terminals.
Ridership seems to be improving from the "100-a-day" figure to something much higher. This morning (10.30 am - Off peak hour), I saw a AC7 bus heading towards JB with plenty of people standing (all the way to the entrance of the bus). And this was even before the bus had reached Woodlands!
The bus operator can probably think about buying more buses if such demand continues ...

now school holiday
gotta see non holiday demand
I just took the bus both directions, and I'm quite satisfied with the QoS. It's definitely a convienient service for those living at Sembawang or Yishun. CIQ to Sembawang merely takes 15 mins using AC7. The drivers are friendly , and they seem to come much more frequently than 950. Bus ride is comfortable, though the seats are like Volgren O405 seats: hard. And the drivers tend to be chiongsters especially when already super lambat because of jams.
The Yutong accelerates fast, doesn't vibrate much at idle, sounds good. ZF gearbox, I think. Though No. 2 has a more pronouced whistle than No. 4. And the AC seems just nice, as well.

tat means scheduling not properly done le.
days back saw 1445 bus lambat dip dip. Driver drove return leg to JB w/o break.
If the buses from JB runs at 00 & 30, w/ ~ 75 mins run time means the buses has likely no layover at YIS.
Days back saw AC7 buses plying Woodlands Rd en-route CIQ.

They've only been at it for 2 weeks. Let them adjust the timetable around, and in about another 2 weeks re-evaluate their timings.

can't say much
but SBS schedules AM peak JB CIQ > WDL CIQ run time as 30 mins.
Not too sure abt AC7 or 950.
TS1 & TS8 can confirm AM peak also lambat one.
Notice the queues are getting longer for this service, seems to have good business.
However a question, is this regarded as a private bus or public bus service???
I can see that the front doors of these buses are non standardised, i.e, narrower for only one passenger onboard at a time and the EZ link card scanner design is much different from the current public buses...

Still considered as private, like TS1/TS8. If you ask me which is good, this is worthless. Wait for 1/2 hrs for a bus, fare $2, still some standing. Wait for 160/170/170X/950 better.

Still under private bus service, thus the non standardised equipments.
Even though business may have been picking up, they must increase their efficiency of their operations as well, else it will also be a failure like 950.
