  This might be a CAC, look at the air-con compressor on top. OAC and CAC got different cover. Tha's explain the curve corner of the windows.

  SBST have to dereg because the KUB are coming in and there is no more space in their depots. and SBST is not the one who exported these buses. They just sold them off to the scrap dealers who manage to find someone to bought over some of these buses.
