Enraged58%Shiok!4%LOL!25%STOMPer R2ditoD2 politely asked this uncle to give up the seat on which he had placed his food to those in need, and was greeted with a stream of Hokkien vulgarities.
The appalled STOMPer says:
"I took bus 17 from the interchange this evening at 6.45pm.
"It was peak hour and the bus was packed.
"However I noticed this uncle sitting on a 2 seater seat by himself.
"He placed his food on the other seat thus depriving others from the seat.
"I politely asked if he could moved in and allow others with children to have the seat.
"What happened next surprised me.
"He spewed Hokkien vulgarities and pointed his middle finger at me.
"He then challenged me to step down from the bus, just like a gangster!
"It seems we have a long way to go to be a gracious society when uncles like him behave in such a childish manner."

If you look the the photo carefully, the old man is sitting the 1st row. Normally I wont take the first row, cos too near the wall.
And normally will let old pple take that seats.

Legally, that seat sits 1 only, so the guy who asked the uncle is in the wrong by asking. Of course what that uncle did is wrong too.

If you carefully look at the seat, the outer seat go handle right? And sort of very cramp if both adult squeeze together. ha...maybe we only see one side story of a stomper afterall. -
I think the fault lies with the bus company for making the so called 2 seater ambiguous to its sitting capacity - I should say it's not a 2 seater but only 1 & a half.

It really depends on who STOMPer R2ditoD2 is? A young sexy lady, an old aunty or a fit young boy.
If the stomper is a pregnant lady, I will be pissed with the uncle but if its an abled young boy... I guess he should let uncle win... The old folks in Singapore are boiling in anger, because of our fast economic progress and changes that places stress on them.
Many of them are not well educated but forced to keep up. Have pity on them.
I understand becos I'm struggling to keep up too.
