  logic is flawed but at least it makes sense.

  should blame that two guys who go and vandalise the SMRT depot. Now SBST go cut away all the shrubs that line the fence of AMDEP, and even chop down a lot of old trees along the fence and they replace the fence with those seen at Army camp.. and add in many CCTVs.

  anyway, SMRT AMKDEP also remove all the shrubs along its fence these few days. think its fence will get changed also.
